The work
Earth Stability have been engaged by Auckland Council to deliver the Parnell Baths – Cliff Stability (Rockfall protection works – stage 2) project.
The works consisted of 1,500 lineal metres of soil nails, rockbolts, crest anchors and approximately 1,200m² of rockfall mesh and turf reinforcement matting. Earthworks and overland flow path works have also been completed.
The project had a tight programme to complete the works during the baths' shutdown period ahead of their opening for the summer season.
